Printing confirmation emails while travelling is a big hassel. Can you please eliminate this step and allow customers to quote a confirmation number or show the email on a tablet or phone when they check in for tours? This would be good for business and the environment.

The Grand Canyon was the reason for purchasing this tour, not the airplane or the pilots or the bus driver to the Grand Canyon. More time should have been given to the actual tour of the Grand Canyon, not pictures of the pilots or the planes or Maverik airlines. They were really nice and all but we were there to see the Grand Canyon. Felt a little rushed after spending a lot of money to fly there, was the whole idea. Vegas.com description gave us no clue that we would only get 2 hours at the Canyon, that was not anywhere near enough time to enjoy the sight of a lifetime. There was absolutely no description on line of what to expect at all. Some people on our trip showed up from Vegas (70 degrees) in short sleeves and sandals. They had no idea it was like 35 degrees at the canyon. Of course they dont tell you that until you get there and make sure you spend like a half hour in the airport gift shop buying a suitable coat for $89.00. In a nutshell, more information about your tour up front, less junk about yourselves and your airplane, more of the actual tour of the Grand Canyon would have made one of the most spectacular destinations in the whole world even more spectacular!
