Great trip!! We had a tour guide named Jack. He did an excellent job with stories of local history as well as the Grand Canyon. We certainly recommend Jack for a tour guide. The road was rough on I-40. Our vehicle gave us some bone jarring bumps. I recommend the company add air shocks to these vehicles. May 14, 2013

Excellent experience BUT...... This was a trip of a lifetime and we've been counting the minutes.... once we got to the Canyon we had 10 breathtaking awe inspiring vistas BUT then it began to snow fiercely!!!! we couldn't see a foot in front of us and ultimately had to leave to drive safely back to Las Vegas. Our guide Neal, was outstanding and got us back safe and sound but very cautiously as the driving was hazardous. We have every intention of coming back to do this again but NOT in the month of March!!! We are hoping for May 2013 and will soooo look forward to it because now we KNOW what we're in for - it is spectacular!!! March 11, 2013
Long day, egotistic guide. This ended up being a very long day,15 hours. The guide talked way too much about himself. The food wasn't very good, neither the breakfast nor the lunch buffet. No coffee was served, which made for a long day. The time actually at the canyon was only 2.25 hours which was also disappointing. March 3, 2013
The drive was so bad, he leave us alone for 2 hours My friends English is not very good, the driver should told them all the details November 17, 2012
