Adorned in gold and cream colors, the spa provides the right amount of elegance without seeming too stuffy. And while the men's and women's facilities aren't as large as some of the others around town, you won't feel overwhelmed with winding paths and multiple turns.

The reading area provides individual seating each with soft blankets. Here you may help yourself to delicious herbal teas, water and fruit. Just down the hall, the hot plunge area offers oversized lounge chairs - perfect for napping. And with the area's high ceilings, soothing sounds and serene atmosphere, it's very easy to get comfortable.

For ladies who plan on wearing bathing suits in the hot plunge, the spa has a bathing suit wring machine in the vanity area. This way, you won't have to worry about toting around a wet swimsuit after your spa experience. The women's vanity area also includes individual stations, each with its own gold-framed mirror, sink and essentials. You'll feel like royalty as you're getting ready.  

Treatments include a variety of massages, facials body and hydrotherapy treatments. Many of these treatments are inspired from ancient practices all over the world. 

The Ayuverdic massage is ideal for dry, stressed skin, all while rejuvenating your senses. Ayurveda, which translates to "science of life," originated in India more than 5,000 years ago. Before your treatment, you'll fill out a character analysis sheet, which asks everything from your skin and hair type to your sleeping patterns and emotional temperament. Once your therapist determines your overall analysis, he or she incorporates an aromatic oil suited just for you. The invigorating scent, combined with a relaxing massage  melts all  your stress and worries away. In addition, the warm oil helps to detoxify while promoting overall healing. At the end, your aesthetician gives you an herbal tea that matches with your aromatherapy experience. 

The spa also offers a 15-minute Russian Banya treatment in the sauna. This experience is more wet and humid compared to the typical dry sauna experience. As you lie down on the bench, your spa therapist pours the water and adds essential oil into the rocks. As your perspiration increases, he or she will wave around a warmed oak leaf whisk, which instantly increases the heat in the sauna. The therapist then uses the leaf whisk to stroke, brush and tap your body. Sounds a bit unusual, but the tapping actually helps with circulation, relaxing muscle tissue, removing dead skin cells and ridding all of the toxins in your body. The service ends with a cool, refreshing rain shower. 

The fitness facility includes cardiovascular and weight machines, as well as free weights and even two Pilates reformers. One-on-one Pilates training is also available for an additional fee. The workout room also has bottled water, refreshments and towels. A spa attendant is available to assist you with any concerns you may have.

The salon offers haircuts and hair treatments, as well as custom pedicures and manicures. The dark woods, clean lines, stylish artwork and floral accents scattered throughout provide a very chic ambience. If you plan on getting a pedicure, each station has individual curtains in between. This way, you may opt for a more private and relaxing experience. Airbrush tanning is also available. 

The retail area offers an array of products, from make-up to facial care for every skin type. If you had a spa service, you get to keep your flip-flops (which comes in handy when you're at the pool or beach).
