The state-of-the-art workout area features personal flat screen TVs above each cardio machine. Some weight stations have a view of the hotel pool. Complimentary water bottles, juice and fresh fruit are available throughout the facility.

With this service, the therapist focuses on deep tissue pressure on your much-needed spots while applying the traditional Swedish massage application to other areas.
