Classy yet blissfully comfortable, the 6,000 square-foot newly renovated spa at the Golden Nugget offers guests the ultimate pampering experience in a lavish atmosphere.

The spacious waiting area exudes divine elegance. Golden pillars line the walls interspersed with sheer, cream-colored curtains and wall mirrors that reflect a beautiful golden glow throughout the room. The skylight brightens the room while the soft, trickling sound of a fountain completes the peaceful mood.

The spa features 10 treatment rooms. A secluded Jacuzzi, herbal steam rooms and saunas are also available. The women's side of the spa is reminiscent of a pleasant country cottage featuring soft green, tan and neutral colors that create a cozy intimate feeling while the men's facility uses dark blue and olive green hues to create a more rustic, masculine area.

A favorite signature treatment at the Golden Nugget Spa is the 80-minute Lavender Dreams wrap. This service includes an energizing full body scrub, a warm cocoon wrap and a full body relaxation massage. For something different, the caviar facial is worth a try. Caviar extracts renew and rejuvenate the skin, while other marine-based nutrients hydrate and firm. Guests can also customize their facials to suit their skin's needs.

The spa includes two fitness rooms. The cardio area features two plasma televisions and a breathtaking view of the shark tank by the lush pool area. The weight room offers plenty of workout space to tone those muscles.

For a day of hand and feet pampering, the Golden Nugget Spa also provides a nail salon. Decorated with gold accents and a shimmering chandelier, the salon feels more like a palace than a place to enjoy a manicure or pedicure.
