Imperial Palace Spa Review
The Zen-inspired Spa at Imperial Palace is tucked away on the fourth floor of the property, far away from the chaos of the casino below.
The spa is fairly small, but the staff provides personal service at an affordable price compared with some of the bigger facilities in town.
It's the perfect place to relax and escape from stress while enjoying one of the many massages or body treatments available.
The spa offers separate men's and women's facilities, which include eucalyptus steam rooms, dry saunas and whirlpools. Both areas feature relaxation lounges with complimentary juice, water and tea. The men's relaxation room also has a big-screen TV.
Vanity areas include full-length lockers with robes and sandals provided for guests. Before treatments, guests can indulge in a scented shower with delicious-smelling options such as citrus, pineapple-pear and cocomango.
Toiletries are provided, including lotions with the same scents as the showers.
There is a full menu of treatments to choose from at the Spa at Imperial Palace including body wraps, salt and sugar scrubs, facials, waxing and massages.
Try one of the massages with an optional add-on, such as the bio freeze, which provides cyrotherapy for deep relief of aching muscles, joint pain and backaches.
Side-by-side massages are available for couples, and there are packages for both brides- and grooms-to-be in preparation for that big day.
One of the specialty treatments the spa offers is its Lady's Head to Toe Combo. Relax in your body wrap of choice and receive a mini-facial at the same time.
The spa also offers a complete co-ed fitness area with bikes, treadmills and Cybex weight machines. Water is provided, and cold towels are available to cool off after a tough workout.
