Reliquary Spa at The Hard Rock Hotel Tower

Most people go on vacation to do one of two things - party or relax. At Reliquary Spa at the Hard Rock, you can do both. 

Located in the all-suite hotel tower, HRH Tower, the 25,000-square-foot Reliquary Spa stands out from a lot of spas. To start, it has spacious, co-ed Roman bathhouse. Known for its history of healing waters, Reliquary's version of the ancient tradition includes private cabana areas, lounge space and refreshments. Make sure to bring your swimsuit so you can enjoy a dip in the sparkling pool. 

In addition, the bathhouse is the ideal place to mingle with all your friends. To really get the vibe going, the spa can arrange for a DJ to spin for your own private function. The bathhouse can hold up to 50 people, so you can have the ultimate party. (And speaking of parties, if you truly want to be the center of attention by taking your dancing skills to another level, there is a pole dancing studio with classes available.) 

For something more intimate, the spa offers men's and women's facilities complete with a lounge with a fireplace, hot tub, sauna and steam room. If you're here with your significant other, there is a co-ed lounge where you can relax together before your service starts. 

The spa's chic decor features clean lines and neutral colors, which are eye-pleasing to both genders. Featuring 21 treatment rooms, Reliquary offers rooms designed for group treatments as well as a couple's room with a shower and bathtub. And for you guys who don't want to miss the game, you can watch TV while you're having your massage. To have the most private spa experience, you may request to have services outdoors at the spa villas by the pool. 

The spa features treatments that cater to everyone. Ideal for easily irritated skin, the Soothing Treatment For Sensitive Skin facial is the way to go. Your spa therapist uses products gentle enough to clean and hydrate your sensitive skin. In addition, you'll also experience a refreshing cooling masque and a neck and shoulder massage. You'll leave feeling relaxed as your face looks silky smooth, bright and new. 

If you plan on going out in the evening, Reliquary's signature Precious Metals facial leave your skin radiant and glimmering with a dusting of gold and silver mineral powder. There are a variety of facials to choose from, including one for men. 

Reliquary also offers services incorporating natural products. The tempting Royal Purple body therapy sounds like a delicious smoothie. The deep purple, blueberry soy sugar scrub results in soft and glowing skin. This delectable healing treatment finishes with a relaxing blueberry soy massage. 

Signature treatments exclusive to Reliquary Spa include the Drum Sticks body therapy treatment, featuring bamboo reeds to help rebalance the body’s energy flow, as well as the Nirvana facial, an 80-minute anti-aging retreat offering a luxurious hand and foot paraffin treatment.  

The spa check-in offers a retail area with spa products for sale, including goodies like body butter and lip balm. Premier products sold in the spa's front lobby include Pure Fiji, Eminence, SkinCeuticals, Yum Organic and Voluspa. There's even a bar just outside the check-in area so you can enjoy a drink before or after your service. 

Just across from the spa is Brannon hair salon. Fun features in this salon include TVs on the ceiling in the hair washing station, floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the hotel's pool and quirky art pieces hanging on the wall. The salon's menu offers a bevy of hair, pedicure and manicure treatments to choose from. 

With a bathhouse designed for socializing and a pole dancing studio meant to bring out your naughty side, Reliquary Spa doesn't sound like your typical retreat. But what's typical about the Hard Rock anyway? And at the end of the day, you still leave feeling refreshed and ready to take on the world.
