*First course choice of: The Big Wedge (ice cold iceberg lettuce, warm apple wood smoked bacon, Roquefort cheese, creamy "ranch" dressing) or Classic Caesar (romaine hearts, creamy garlic & Parmesan dressing, warm brioche croutons)

*Entrée choice of: Crispy Skin Chicken (simply roasted, crisp skin, smoked mashed potatoes), Eight-Ounce Filet or Penne Pasta (prosciutto, peas, truffle, Parmesan cream)
