Raiding the Rock Vault Description

Music: Classic rock.
Cast: Howard Leese (Heart), Tracii Guns (Guns ' Roses), Robin McAuley (Survivor), John Payne (Asia), Paul Shortino (Quiet Riot), Jay Schellen (Asia), Andrew Freeman (The Offspring) and Michael T. Ross (Lita Ford).
Format: A concert experience designed to take audiences on a musical journey from 1948 to 1989 with performances of classic rock anthems.
Bands/artists covered: The Rolling Stones, The Who, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix, The Eagles, Queen, AC/DC, Deep Purple, Van Halen, Journey, Toto, Free, Bryan Adams and more.
Of note: "Raiding the Rock Vault" will be seen on the same stage where Elvis Presley performed 858 consecutive sold-out shows and broke Las Vegas attendance records.
Audience: Anyone interested in the roots of rock 'n' roll.

"Raiding the Rock Vault" pays tribute to some of the greatest rock bands in history by creating an all-star supergroup. Not only do audiences get to listen to beloved songs made famous by The Rolling Stones, The Eagles, Led Zeppelin, AC/DC and many others, but they’ll also hear compelling narration and see historical concert footage. The show was written by Grammy Award-winning record producer David Kershenbaum and John Payne, who fronted the British band Asia for 14 years. The set list includes hits from 1950 to 1990 and provides an incomparable look at rock 'n' roll and the people who lived and shaped it. Rotating special guests joining the show include lead vocalists Bobby Kimball of Toto and Joe Lynn Turner of Rainbow and Deep Purple.

The show was first rate! The show was very high energy with the best music from three decades played by a group of virtuoso musicians. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, and we would both highly recommend this concert to anyone who enjoys listening to great music played by great musicians from some of the best bands of their era. Fun Show, Of course We loved the music. Nice to meet the band too! We enjoyed the show. Great Music. Great muscians. Thanks to the band members Paul, from Quiet Riot, Robin McAuley, Survivor and MSG, Michael T. Ross from Lita Ford for taking the time to chat a little before the show. I personally really enjoyed Tracii Guns, from Guns and Roses playing the Guitar, he rocked it! I could go on but the fact is - it was a great show. We saw "Rock of Ages" the first night then saw "Def Leppard" the second night and then went to "Raiding the Rock Vault" the thrid night and these guys didn't miss a beat! April 9, 2013

GO SEE THIS SHOW...IT IS AWESOME!!!! Heard great songs that we had not heard in a long time. Great production! The band is tight! It doesn't look like there are any discounts for children for "Raiding the Rock Vault." But kids age 4 and older are allowed to attend. Blue Man Group at Monte Carlo and Criss Angel Believe at Luxor are popular with older children. Jabbawockeez recently reopened a fun new show at Luxor. Some more affordable options include Recycled Percussion at The Quad and the Mac King Comedy Magic Show at Harrah's.
