A favorite among music lovers and locals in Vegas, singer/songwriter Frankie Moreno is stepping into the spotlight as the new headlining act at the Stratosphere Theater. As a classically-trained pianist, Moreno and his 10-piece band bring sophistication and a fresh approach to music. He performs both original songs and covers of well-known tunes in his new show.Moreno jump started his music career when he was 11 and landed a spot next to Ed McMahon on "Star Search." He's currently working on his own album with Sony Masterworks. This opportunity came about as a result of Moreno's successful collaboration on the song "Eleanor Rigby" with world-renowned violinist Joshua Bell. The song was featured on Bell's best-selling debut album, "At Home With Friends." It reached No. 1 on the Billboard charts in two categories.
Moreno has also garnered attention from the music industry. He toured with Billy Currington, who co-headlined with Sugarland. Moreno also joined multiplatinum artists Air Supply during their world tour.
