Show Review

Make 'em Laugh

By Nikki Neu

There are few things greater in life then the gift of laughter and the Improv at Harrah's brings you just that. The show features a rotating roster of comedians, often from shows like "Last Comic Standing" and "Seinfeld."

As you walk in, there are clips of the comics you will be seeing on a big-screen monitor on stage. Once the show starts, the host, also a comedian, comes out and does a funny routine before introducing the opening act.

After the opening act gets the crowd warmed up, the host comes back out with a few more jokes. Then he brings out the main stand-up comic who does a longer set.

While you're busy laughing, enjoy a cocktail or a beer at your table. The Improv at Harrah's stage has an exposed brick backdrop and is slightly elevated from the audience. The room boasts a history of comics who have made it big like George Lopez, Damon Wayans and Kevin Nealon.

The Improv at Harrah's comedians will make you roar with laughter. The comedians will lift your spirits with original live comedy and two shows per night.
