This was my favorite outing while in Vegas. The zipline goes pretty quick and you are REALLY high off the ground. Let's you get a great view of Vegas below and a nice healthy rush at the same time!!

They do make it interesting. If you are big you may feel like you are going to fall of the seat but overall Disappointing. Over too quickly. There are better ways to spend the money in Vegas. Not worth a long wait. Also i have a problem with vegas.com selling me an 11am reservation when the attraction hasnt opened at 11am for 7 months according to people at the Rio and the staff at the zip line. Scheduled my day around the 11am time and had to wait around another hour disrupting the whole day. Dont think I'll be booking thru vegas.com anytime soon.

This was by far the worst part of my trip to Vegas. I would NEVER recommend this attraction/company to anyone. Terrible customer service, didn't show up at their posted hours. Wasted $30 in cab rides to go there 2 days in a row to try to zipline. Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino had no idea why the company wasn't there either. We purchased our tickets online and were refused a refund even though they had seriously inconvenienced us. The day we were finally able to zipline we were the first ones in line and still waited 50 minutes for them to be ready for us?! The actual ride lasted about 30 seconds and while the view was cool the wait was not worth it at all! Absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional business--best to stay away from this one!!

Initially swinging from a cable 50 stories in the air sounds terrifying if not crazy... but it turned out to be a smooth ride with the most amazing view all the way down and back. This is a must do to get your heart pumping!

My friends and I booked a show through Vegas.com, and as a result we got to buy tickets to this at a special price. The woman told us it was a 20 minute process and we could use the tickets at any point in the weekend, no reservation or appointment necessary. Because we had other things planned, we chose to do this as soon as they opened. Their website, answering machine, and front desk at the Rio all informed us that VooDoo opened at 10am. We arrived at 945, along with about 15 other people, and sure enough they were a no show. Someone from the Rio got in touch with the manager at about 10:30, and we were told they would be in about 11. So we waited... on the floor in the hallway. At 11, a lazy looking man shuffled his way over, opened the gate, and closed it behind him without saying anything to us. Finally, ten minutes later he came out and informed us they open at 12 and we would need to come back. When I asked him why their website says 10, he said "we changed it today." However, an employee from a store nearby told me they have not showed up at 10am in months. We had to call Vegas.com and get our money back (which we did). How do you run a business like this!? We spend money on a round trip cab ride to get to the Rio, wasted our time, AND weren't even apologized to. This place really needs to get their act together.

This was the worst experience we had in Vegas. Terrible customer service. We showed up during their posted hours and no one was there. The hotel did not know why they weren't open on time. We waited and when the manager showed up an hour late he told us they still wouldn't be open for another hour. Due to this half of our friends couldn't do the zipline and we had already paid online. They told us no refunds. We showed up the next day since we had a late enough flight to try again and showed up right when they opened. We were told there would still be a half hour wait even though we were the first ones of the day????? Waited 50 minutes and then the ride took maybe 25 seconds total. COMPLETE waste of time and money. Employees did not care at all that we were upset and inconvenienced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying away from this company!!
