Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Review
Combining glamorous surroundings, 170 stores and 15 restaurants, the Miracle Mile Shops definitely stand out on the Las Vegas Strip.
The Miracle Mile Shops features a snazzy, futuristic design. From an outdoor 6,000-square-foot LED sign with continuous streaming images to an outdoor sound system, the mall definitely sparks up the Strip. If you want to take a break from walking, hop on one of the machine-operated people movers, which directly lead up to the mall's north entrance.
Upon entering the Miracle Mile Shops, guests immediately notice the bright interior lighting. Other modernized features include a stretched out silver grid ceiling, black shiny flooring and Vegas-themed art throughout the mall and a state-of-the-art indoor fountain show.
The Miracle Mile Shops was the first mall in the city to offer H&M. Popular for its European-inspired fashion trends, H&M features clothing similar to that seen in runway shows, but without the expensive price tags. From classy to post-grunge, preppy to glam, each style is sure to make a huge fashion statement. Ladies will love all the unique patterns, while the men can achieve the popular metropolitan look without spending a fortune. (For hardcore H&M shoppers, there two other locations in town -- one at Caesars Palace's Forum Shops, the other at Town Square.)
Stop by Urban Outiftters, which sells everything from urban-inspired furniture to retro sneakers and hippie-style attire. For old-school glamour with an edge, ladies will enjoy the timeless styles at the Bettie Page store. Women will also love the large Sephora shop, offering just about every kind of make-up, perfume and skin care product imaginable.
Those with a shoe habit should stop in to Wild Pair, which carries brands like Steve Madden, Puma and Diesel. Bakers Footwear offers super stylish, yet affordable shoes for men and women.
For those who appreciate water shows, the mall's multimillion dollar water fountain features water shooting up to 50 feet high. In addition, onlookers can marvel at the stunning lighting effects, color-changing fog and music from a state-of-the-art surround sound system. The fountain show plays every hour on the hour, from noon - 11 p.m. in front of the V Theater.
