The El Cortez Hotel & Casino will introduce a new dining concept this fall with Siegel's 1941, an homage to the history of the city and its longest continuously running hotel-casino.
Siegel's 1941 will blend the authentic vintage feel of the El Cortez with a modern interpretation of a Las Vegas 24-hour restaurant. The space will boast a historic look utilizing original design elements and an impressive display of archival artwork throughout the restaurant.
The restaurant will feature "Morning. Noon. Night" menus including favorites from The Flame (the restaurant that used to occupy the Siegel's space), such as the classic roasted prime rib and seasonal stone crab.
