Located at the Palms on a patio overlooking the lively Palms Pool, Back Room Burger serves up a variety of burger options, hearty sides, craft beer and custard shakes (made with or without alcohol). It's open for lunch, dinner and late-night snacks.
The hamburgers at Back Room Burger are made from American-raised beef that is ground fresh daily, and they are served on toasted sesame seed buns. Signature burgers include the Mexicali Blues (topped with cotija cheese, chipotle salsa, grilled scallions, guacamole and sour cream) and the Ragin' Cajun (topped with Tabasco-fried onions, okra, tomatoes and Cajun mayo). Non-meat eaters will appreciate the Shroom-Zoom, which is made with a grilled portobello mushroom instead of beef. Plus, all of the burgers can be served low-carb style -- wrapped in fresh lettuce.
A variety of french fries complement the burgers -- like the sweet potato fries and the blue cheese and bacon fries. Other tasty menu items include fried dill pickles, shishito peppers and thick-cut onion rings.
For light eaters and vegetarians, Back Room Burger also offers freshly chopped salads.
