Double Barrel Roadhouse, located at the new Monte Carlo plaza, is a dining and nightlife experience featuring live music and an interactive staff that entertains patrons.
The "DB Girls" perform custom "bar rituals" and give live performances on the elevated catwalks surrounding the bars.
The restaurant serves Southern/American food from Executive Chef Michael Vitangeli. Menu items include crispy smokey chicken wings, mini corn dogs, corn chowder and crispy meatloaf served with sweet bacon-laced ketchup. House specialties include Not Your Mama's Chicken Pot Pie and New Orleans shrimp & grits. An oversized wood burning grill is used to create dishes such as the 24-ounce Cowboy Steak and the slow cooked crackling pork shank brushed with a bourbon glaze.
The dessert menu includes indulgent options such as Pie in a Jar, a generous slice served in a Mason jar a la mode, and deep fried s'mores, a graham cracker sandwich filled with marshmallow and chocolate, and battered, deep fried and dusted with powdered sugar.
In the bar, you'll find specialty cocktails including the Concord Grape Cobbler and the Kiwi Collins. Double Barrel also serves up handcrafted, homemade wine coolers made on site and presented in Mason jars.
