Tap is a 220-seat sports bar and restaurant serving American food favorites and broadcasting all of the games on 60 HD flat-screen TVs.
Tap also has a large collection of memorabilia from Las Vegas sporting events adorning the walls including UFC gloves, a framed piece of the ring mat and boxing glove from the 1996 De la Hoya/Chavez fight, a signed hockey stick from the L.A. Kings and a jersey from Magic Johnson.
The restaurant serves a variety of bar food such as sandwiches, sliders and personalized burgers. Specialties include beer can chicken, pretzels and cheese and the South-Side Street Dog, a house-made all pork, jalapeño and cheese-stuffed hot dog loaded with pickle spears, sport peppers, red onion relish and brown mustard served on a Chicago-style poppy seed bun.
Tap boasts a large selection of draught and bottled beers as well as beer cocktails. Highlights include Gulden Draak Quad 9000, a complex Belgian beer with a deep amber color and notes of pear, apple and clove served in a traditional beer goblet; and Chimay Triple, a traditional Belgian Trappist beer that is golden in color and has notes of grape, raisins and apple served in a beer goblet for an authentic feel. Beer cocktails include a Belgian Mojito, a twist on the classic made with Bacardi Superior rum, fresh mint, hand-pressed lime juice and Stella Artois.
