Fleming's at Town Square Review:

Southern California-based Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar brings its prime meats and unique wine list to Town Square.

The restaurant features an open kitchen and an open floor plan with a main dining area, a spacious bar and a private dining room with seating for up to 80 guests. The bar area offers comfortable sofa seating and a large outdoor patio.

A large wine room perpendicular to the back bar provides a unique and dramatic backdrop while showcasing the vast wine offering known as Fleming's 100. Wine lovers will appreciate the 100 wines available by the glass. They'll also appreciate the restaurant's flooring, which was created from wine barrels and bears the stamps from various vineyards.

Fleming's bar is always a happening spot for happy hour with its "5 for $6 'til 7 p.m." menu, which includes five cocktails, five wines by the glass, five appetizers and bar menu items like The Prime Burger with cheese, bacon and fries.

After happy hour you'll want to head to the main dining room for a hearty dinner. Meals start out with fresh bread accompanied by delicious sundried tomato or gorgonzola and cranberry spreads.

Salads include the signature Fleming's Salad, with candied walnuts, dried cranberries, tomatoes, onions and herbed crostini. There's also a delicious take on a Caesar salad with fried capers and crispy prosciutto chips.

Steaks are the main attraction at Fleming's and there's a large selection available including filet mignon, prime ribeye and bone-in New York strip. The restaurant also has dry-aged steaks, which offer a bolder flavor. Dry-aged options are available with the prime ribeye or a prime New York strip. Don't miss the tasty sauces to enhance your meat including gorgonzola and marscapone, cabernet mustard and an out-of-this-world sweet onion bacon jam.

Fleming's serves standard steakhouse side dishes as well as some unique options like rosemary and garlic cipollini onions. You'll also definitely want to try Fleming's Potatoes -- a signature dish made with cream, jalapenos and cheddar cheese.

Those who enjoy surf and turf can order steak companions including truffled poached lobster, diablo shrimp and king crab.

If you still have room, you can finish your meal with desserts like walnut turtle pie or classic New York cheesecake on a graham cracker crust with blueberry sauce and white chocolate shavings.
