Restaurateurs Michael and Jenna Morton have opened Crush at MGM Grand. The 7,000-square-foot restaurant features a shared plate menu with items like shrimp risotto, chicken skewers, roasted cauliflower, kale salad and wood-fired pizzas. Crush's "happy endings" dessert menu includes a Nutella caramel ice cream sandwich. Crush also features an expertly curated list of wine, spirits and beer.
Crush is divided into two rooms, each designed to transport guests to a distinctive environment. The entryway opens into a "greenhouse" garden. The doorway at the back of the garden reveals the dining cellar, which is topped in its entirety by a barrel-vault ceiling composed of white brick.
