Sugar Factory Brasserie is a 7,000-square-foot restaurant and retail store at Town Square.
The restaurant features a large menu with a wide variety of offerings created by a team of world-class chefs.
Breakfast items include a steak and egg sandwich; ham and cheese croissant; Nutella pancakes; banana walnut pancakes; chocolate French toast; a sausage and egg pizza; Belgian waffles; fresh fruit; oatmeal and more.
Sugar Factory's appetizers include creamy artichoke and spinach dip, bruschetta, popcorn shrimp, onion rings, fried macaroni and cheese and mini burgers. A variety of soups and salads are also available.
Sandwiches, burgers, pasta selections, pizzas, grilled steak and fish round out the menu.
Sugar Factory's desserts are legendary. The King Kong Sundae packs a sweet punch for up to 12 people with 24 scoops of ice cream, two cupcakes, sprinkles, caramel sauce, fudge sauce, strawberry sauce, marshmallows, Reese's Pieces, chocolate chip cookies, crushed waffle cones, gummy bears, white chocolate strawberry shavings, sliced bananas, toasted walnuts and whipped cream, and then topped off with giant swirly pops. The dessert menu also includes choices like shakes, hot chocolate and frozen hot chocolate.
The Town Square location features an array of fondue and wine pairings. Fondue selections include premium chocolate, hazelnut, peanut butter, rocky road and more.
You'll definitely want to stop into Sugar Factory for a drink as well. Try one of Sugar Factory's signature 36-ounce alcohol-infused smoking candy goblets. The Lollipop Passion is made with coconut, pineapple and melon flavors, adorned with candy necklaces and swirly lollipops. The White Gummi is a playful blend of fruit and floating gummi worms. The martini selections include the Blow Pop Martini, finished off with a Pop Rocks rim and Blow Pop in the glass, as well as the S'Mores Martini, a combination of chocolate and marshmallows garnished with a graham cracker rim.
