Citizens Kitchen and Bar at Mandalay Bay serves classic American comfort food, 24 hours daily. This is the place to go if you're craving meatloaf, ribs, chicken, burgers or prime rib. Start out with breakfast items like eggs Benedict, specialty omelets, corned beef hash and steak and eggs. House specialties include banana pancakes, lox and bagel and a blueberry Belgian waffle. For lunch and dinner, appetizers include queso fundid, crispy calamari and baked meatballs. A variety of soups and salads are also available.
