Heraea Review:
New York hospitality company One Group has partnered with the Palms Casino Resort to create Heraea, a sports bar and restaurant with a music scene. One Group, who also operate STK and Bagatelle in Las Vegas, are known for blending a high-energy nightlife vibe with their restaurants and lounges. Heraea takes over the space formerly occupied by Garduño's restaurant. "We create sexy spaces that are all about great hospitality and having fun," said Celeste Fierro, senior vice president of One Group. "Heraea will be a place for everyone to hang out, see a game, flirt and enjoy a great meal." Heraea is adjacent to the Palms pool and features a bar area with flat-screen televisions. The focus is on watching sports while enjoying great food. There will also be an entertainment component. DJs will spin in the evening and there is a stage behind the bar for special performances.
