Red Rock Casino Resort & Spa is the home of Pink's Hot Dogs second Las Vegas location. For more than 65 years, Pink's has been a staple in the Los Angeles area for great hot dogs. What started as a simple hot dog perambulator cart has now grown to one of the premiere places celebrities and hot dog lovers alike go to enjoy dogs like the stretch chili cheese dog, mild Polish dog, the Martha Stewart dog (it's a good thing) and the bacon burrito dog. Unique takes on hot dogs, like the pastrami burrito, a flour tortilla wrapped around two hot dogs with grilled pastrami, Swiss cheese, chili and onions, is what makes Pink's a fun place to go for a hot dog with endless possibilities. Pink's also has chicken options, hamburgers, turkey burgers, and all the right side orders. Onion rings piled high, chili fries, and corn chips with chili are in no short supply.
