Fú Review:

Fú, whose name means luck in Chinese, is a 4,000-square-foot restaurant with a private dining room that seats 40. It is located in the HRH Tower near the Asian gaming pit, Dragon Salon. The contemporary décor was designed by Westar Architectural Group and features accents of bamboo and metal paired with a color scheme that includes red, gold and black.

Fú offers authentic contemporary Chinese cuisine with additional regional fare including Korean, Vietnamese and Thai. Las Vegas resident and Fú's executive chef, Ming Woo, creates signature dishes evoking exotic Asian flavors.

Signature menu items include honey walnut shrimp with lemon aioli; Hong Kong-style roast duck noodle soup; wok fried salmon with creamy Thai basil sauce and salt and jalapeno crispy calamari.

The restaurant also offers a drinks menu of signature libations exhibiting bold flavors and Tahitian influences.
