Meatball Spot Review:

Meatball Spot, a New York-style eatery at Town Square serves mouthwatering meatballs in several variations, including classic, pork, turkey, chicken, beef and vegetable from renowned chef Carla Pellegrino. Meatball Spot?s delicious, house-made sauces include: pesto, garlic Parmesan, spicy meat sauce, mushroom gravy, classic tomato and a daily specialty sauce.

Weekly specials include items like Buffalo chicken meatballs with bleu cheese, taco meatballs and more. There's also a daily specialty meatball selection.

If meatballs aren't your thing, the restaurant also offers Roman-style pizzas served in large sheet pans. Don't miss the ricotta cheese with sweet sausage and rosemary.

Other menu items include salads and hearty sides such as macaroni and cheese, artichoke oreganata and risotto balls. Sandwich selections include The Meatball Slider, prepared with one meatball on a brioche bun with sauce and cheese; The Meatball Smash, made with two meatballs on a French baguette with sauce and cheese; and The Meatball Hero, made with three meatballs on a French baguette with sauce and cheese.

Dessert options include a gelato bar, sorbets, cookies, milkshakes, and custom-made ice cream sandwiches. Try the Bananas Foster ice cream sandwich, made with white chocolate Macadamia nut cookies with Bananas Foster ice cream, garnished with white chocolate shavings.

The 7,000-square-foot Meatball Spot has a rustic ambiance with brick walls, red chairs and dark woods. Outside is a white picket fence surrounding a 1,400-square-foot patio. There is also a takeaway counter offering pizza by the slice.

Meatball Spot also features a social bar scene as well as special events on the patio. On weekends, a DJ spins an eclectic mix on the outdoor patio for late-night entertainment. There's a food and drink happy hour menu from 3 until 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 3 until 5:30 p.m. on Friday; and a reverse happy hour from 9 p.m. until close, Sunday through Thursday.
