McCall's Heartland Grill Review:
McCall's Heartland Grill is a Midwestern-style steakhouse located just off the casino floor at the Stratosphere. The concept was developed by Stratosphere Food and Beverage Vice President Matthew Mascali and the menu was designed by Stratosphere Executive Chef Rick Giffen. The restaurant features combines Midwestern and Pacific Coast flavors served in a "cowboy chic" atmosphere with booths surrounded by stone and natural wood.
