Slice of Vegas Review:

Slice of Vegas offers gourmet pizzas, meatballs, pastas and more. The restaurant features salads like Caprese, Caesar and panzanella--a salad made with cubes of bread, mozzarella, tomato, thin-sliced red onion, basil and parsley.

Appetizers include meatballs topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, garlic fries and Italian chicken wings. Oven-roasted cauliflower tips are made with almond pesto and garlic.

Try pizzas like four-cheese truffle, prosciutto and pesto or, create your own from a variety of ingredients like chicken, shrimp, eggplant, garlic, zucchini and mushroom. Specialty pizzas include a Buffalo chicken pizza, curry pizza or Hawaiian 5-0 with tomato sauce, mozzarella, seared spam, dehydrated pineapple, bacon, dill and a sprinkle of nori.

There are also a variety of pastas and a create-your-own pasta menu. Paninis are grilled to perfection and tasty combinations like prosciutto and brie and BLT Italiano line the menu.

For dessert, the restaurant offers options like chocolate cake, ricotta cheesecake or the cannoli.

At Slice, you can dine in the casual restaurant, which features red booths, 12 televisions, an eight-foot projection screen and a full bar. You can also choose a song from the jukebox from your iPhone. If you're in a rush, use the By the Slice takeout window.
