Culinary Dropout at the Hard Rock Hotel is a gastropub concept headed by restaurateur Sam Fox. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant is a hip hangout where diners can nosh on items from a raw bar or indulge in pub fare like fried chicken and biscuits, burgers, sandwiches, salads, antipasti, soups and entrees.
There are a variety of creative appetizers including soft pretzels with Provolone fondue and house made potato chips with onion dip.
Entrees include rainbow trout, meatloaf, fish and chips, beef stroganoff and more. Don't miss the salted caramel custard for dessert.
Wines, specialty cocktails and beers,including craft and seasonal brews, round out the menu.
In addition to the interior restaurant, Culinary Dropout features a 3,000-square-foot patio, situated by the Hard Rock's pool area.
