KJ Dim Sum & Seafood Chinese Restaurant offers dim sum and seafood in a 4,600-square-foot restaurant at the Rio. The 350-seat dining room features traditional dim sum favorites for lunch, served tableside on carts so guests can choose the dishes they would like.
In addition to dim sum, the restaurant features menu items like lobster, crab and shrimp dishes. The restaurant also serves geoduck clam or giant clam dishes. This clam averages three pounds and 18 inches in length and makes great chowders and soups.
Food is cooked by China-born Head Chef Loy Lee. Lee adds his touch to dishes such as salt and pepper crab and Mongolian beef.
