If you're looking for a party at Flamingo Las Vegas, look no further then Carlos 'n Charlie's. The restaurant features plenty of food and fun in the 13,000-square-foot space. There are two ways to approach Carlos 'n Charlie's. One way is through the main entrance off the casino floor. The other is to walk up from the pool onto the large wooden deck. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces have a bar, where frozen margaritas, daiquiris and lots of other cool and refreshing cocktails are poured. Inside, festive decor includes boxing and sports equipment, hats and other random objects hanging from the ceiling. There's also a disco ball, just in case you forget that this is a fiesta. Food at Carlos 'n Charlies includes guacamole with warm corn chips, enchiladas, chimichangas, tacos and barbecued chicken, shrimp and ribs.
