The Henry American has an old-school vibe with classic American fare and hand-shaken cocktails. The restaurant, located off the casino floor of The Cosmopolitan, offers breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night dining -- 24-hours, seven days a week. The Henry's signature dishes include a short rib eggs Benedict, served on potato cakes and salmon served with a lemon beurre blanc. For breakfast, try traditional eggs, omelettes and steel cut Irish oats. For something a little more decadent, the cinnamon roll French toast is a good option. Lunch and dinner options include comfort foods like deep-fried macaroni and beer cheese, a build-your-own-burger menu, chicken pot pie and fish 'n' chips.
