PBR Rock Bar is a 16,000-square-foot space with plenty of entertainment to enjoy. In addition to food, PBR Rock Bar features a mechanical bull, live music, an outdoor patio and lots of fun for all.
The interior is a spacious dining area with multiple flat screen televisions mounted throughout the restaurant. There is a bar area to sip on a cocktail like the Stubborn Mule or the Hat Bender, a refreshing blend of lemonade, watermelon juice and vodka.
If you're hungry, the restaurant has familiar favorites that make great comfort food.
For starters, try the nachos. Lots of cheese, sour cream, guacamole and peppers are served atop a bed of potato chips. There are also more health-conscious salads, stuffed pepper poppers and either boneless or bone-in Buffalo wings with your choice of mild, hot or house barbecue sauce.
For main courses, the barbecue ribs are a great way to go. Tender meat is slathered in barbecue sauce and served with two sides.
Speaking of sides, the Dorito-crusted mac 'n' cheese is a unique take on comfort food. Crispy Doritos line the outside of the dish, tender macaroni in a creamy cheese sauce is then topped with Dorito crumbs. A rich creamed corn, creamed spinach, deviled eggs and hush puppies are also on the menu.
Other main courses include hearty Colorado-style chili, a bucket of chicken and various pizzas. The bloomin' onion burger is a PBR Rock Bar favorite. The beef burger is a half-pound patty and is served inside a fried onion blossom with more melted onions, Swiss cheese, tomato and bacon. Just in case you didn't get enough onion, all this is piled onto an onion roll.
PBR Rock Bar is a fun restaurant with a great location on the Las Vegas Strip. In the daytime, it's a laid-back atmosphere. At night, the crowd gets wild and it takes on a party vibe both indoors and outdoors.
As a bonus, the people watching is phenomenal.
