Featuring a mouthwatering menu of dishes with chocolate as the main ingredient, Max Brenner, Chocolate by the Bald Man is an intoxicating experience. Brenner's chocolate creations will now be showcased in a 9,400-square-foot restaurant inside the Forum Shops at Caesars. The restaurant is a chocolate wonderland. The two-story venue features a variety of chocolate items, as well as savory breakfast, lunch and dinner items. But back to the chocolate ? Brenner has created some inventive options for the chocolate connoisseur. Chocolate pizzas, chocolate waffles, mugs filled with chocolate, ice cream bars with chocolate dipping sauces, chocolate crème are all part of Brenner's restaurant menu. The "hug mug," named for the way you hold the specially-shaped mug, is filled with rich, velvety, thick hot chocolate. The restaurant features private dining rooms, a dining area and a connected retail store in case you want to take a giant chocolate syringe home.
