The Sugar Factory has been one of the leading sources of couture candy in Vegas. Their retail outlets are chock-full of sparkly treats like celebrity-endorsed Couture Lollipops and perfectly packaged jelly beans. So it would make sense that this sweet empire would open a restaurant and thus, Sugar Factory Brasserie was created.
The full-service restaurant offers a fun dining environment, with a large window that opens to the Las Vegas Strip. There's also a small patio outside on the Strip, which makes for great people watching while you dine. The main dining room has a lively party-like environment that is casual during the day and gets a little crazier as the night goes on.
Around the corner, a swanky chocolate lounge offers guests a quieter place to enjoy chocolate fondue, chocolate pizzas and specialty chocolate cocktails.
Specialty cocktails are the perfect way to start a meal at Sugar Factory. The restaurant serves its signature goblets filled with treats like Passion Punch -- a mixture of blood orange and passion fruit flavors made with X-rated liqueur, Finlandia Grapefruit and Skyy Passionfruit Vodka. You'll definitely want to share one of these 36-ounce drinks.
For those who want a smaller option, there are plenty of single-size cocktails available. Martinis come in flavors like Jolly Rancher, S'mores and Cotton Candy Cosmopolitan. Sugar Factory also offers signature drinks like the Cherry Tootsie Pop. The drink is concocted with Three Olives Chocolate Vodka, Three Olives Cherry Vodka, Godiva Milk Chocolate Liqueur and a special cherry puree. Trust us, it tastes exactly like its namesake candy.
After cocktails, you'll want to move on to appetizers. Don't miss Sugar Factory's fried macaroni and cheese, which is served with a creamy tomato and herb sauce. Other options include popcorn shrimp and grilled mini burgers.
For entrees, Sugar Factory serves a variety of soups, salads and sandwiches. A grilled ham and brie sandwich is served with arugula and fig preserves, which provides a good combination of sweet and savory flavors. If you're more of a burger person, the Sugar Factory Signature Burger is the way to go. The juicy burger is served on a white chocolate bun to give it a little extra something special.
Other entree options include pastas, pizzas, steak and fish.
Sugar Factory also has an extensive breakfast menu with indulgent items like chocolate French toast, Nutella pancakes and grilled banana nut bread French toast.
At a place with the word sugar in its name, you know you'll want to save room for dessert. The choices are endless -- from waffles to sundaes, shakes, cookies and cakes. Try a delectable crème brûlée crepe served with raspberry sorbet or a red velvet ice cream shake.
If you truly don't have room for dessert, visit the neighboring retail section and get something to go. The store features sweet treats including assorted candies, pastries, gelatos, chocolates and Sugar Factory's signature Couture Lollipops.
