The Chart House restaurant, inside the Rush Tower of the Golden Nugget, offers guests an array of meats and seafoods in an upscale dining room. For starters, try items like bruschetta sliders, tempura shrimp kushi or lobster and shrimp eggrolls. Main courses consist of fresh fish like Chilean sea bass, coconut crunchy shrimp, macadamia crusted mahi and miso glazed salmon.
