Lemongrass offers guests contemporary takes on Thai cuisine.

For the main course, choices include Thai Chen chicken, chili sea bass, garlic prawns, chicken cashew nut and Maine lobster. A selection of curries, rice and noodle dishes round out the menu.
Desserts include mango sticky rice, fried banana and Bua Loi, a sticky rice flour dumpling with warm coconut milk.
