Blossom is a Chinese fine dining restaurant inside Aria Las Vegas. The restaurant caters to high rollers and Asian-influenced food lovers alike. Blossom is tucked away in a corner off Aria's main casino floor. The restaurant features a touch of traditional décor and creates a serene elegant Chinese-inspired environment. For dinner, try exotic dishes like goose liver with black pepper, sashimi of giant clam, and Australian crystal crab. However, if you're not feeling quite that adventurous, Blossom offers guests more familiar entrées like king crab, crispy flounder filet, Chilean sea bass and beef with ginger and pineapple.
