SHe by Morton's Review:

SHe by Morton's is an elegant, modern steakhouse that integrates fashion and entertainment into fine dining.

The restaurant, located near the main entrance of Aria inside the Crystals shopping center, is a partnership between Morton's The Steakhouse and actress Eva Longoria.

SHe has an intimate atmosphere with dark leather booth seating, crystal chandeliers and an elevated catwalk in the center of the room.

At 7:30 each evening the music gets a little louder (although not overwhelming) as a DJ spins and sexy dancers, contortionists, fashion models and other performers take the stage. You might even see a stiltwalker wandering through the dining room. "Fabrik Fridays" feature fashion shows at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. with live DJ sets, entertainers and drink specials. Each week a fashion collection from a different designer is highlighted.

Although the entertainment is captivating, the food is still the star of the show here.

The meal starts with warm, fresh bread topped with a little salt, which is a nice contrast to the sweet honey cinnamon butter that accompanies it.

There are a variety of small dishes meant for sharing as appetizers.

The Little Big Royales are SHe's take on sliders -- served with cheddar and house made sauce on a toasted bun. Le Poulet Wings are spicy lollipop-style wings served with Roquefort cheese dipping sauce.

Another great option is the hand-cut steak tartare made with tarragon and celery hearts and served on brioche.

Seafood lovers will enjoy a variety of cold options including caviar, SHerimp cocktail served with wasabi cocktail sauce or shaved hamachi with coconut lime dressing, jalapeno and avocado.

The menu offers several prime steak selections cleverly divided into "SHe," "He" and "We" cuts.

"SHe" cuts include a 6-ounce center-cut filet. For "He" cuts, try a 22-ounce Chicago-style bone-in ribeye. If you're sharing, the "We" choices include a 32-ounce bone-in ribeye for two or a 40-ounce porterhouse for two.

Besides steak, SHe serves several other signature entrees including a free range chicken chop with butterscotch carrot puree and Brussels sprouts or spiced ahi tuna with shitake mushrooms, bok choy and lobster broth.

There are a variety of sides including vegetables and potatoes to accompany your meal. Try the mini bakers -- roasted chunks of potato with bacon, sour cream, cheese and green onion.

Women will appreciate the dessert menu, which has a small mirror on it for a quick lip and face check post-dinner. There are a variety of whimsical desserts to choose from. Our favorite is the Peanut Butter & Jelly -- a crispy whipped chocolate and peanut butter mousse served with a fluffy Concord grape cloud. Mix the two flavors together and you'll understand where it gets its name.

The Sinnamon Twists are delicious warm, flaky cinnamon pastries served with chocolate, dulce de leche and cream cheese frosting sauces for dipping.

SHe also offers a variety of signature cocktails and an extensive wine selection. Try the Citrus Champagne Cocktail, made with Belvedere Pink Grapefruit, Aperol and sparkling wine for a refreshing treat.
