Chef Julian Serrano serves innovative Spanish-style tapas and small plates at his restaurant of the same name.
Most dishes, like stuffed piquillo peppers and pan manchego, are served in small plates, great for sharing. Choose from soups, salads, ceviches and seafood tapas, cheese and charcuterie, as well as vegetarian tapas. Be sure to try Serrano's signature tuna-raspberry skewers.
There is also a selection of large-plate items like paellas, pork chop, Atlantic cod and chicken breast on the menu.
The dining room opens into the front lobby of the Aria resort. Beautiful Murano glass trees line the dining room and a large wrap-around bar is perfect for enjoying a glass of freshly made sangria.
