Chef Michael Mina (Nobhill Tavern, Stripsteak, Seablue) now comes to Aria, bringing fresh American seafood to his new restaurant, American Fish.
Fresh and saltwater fish will grace Mina's dishes like Mille Lacs walleye, Rhode Island summer flounder and Alaskan prawns.
The high-energy restaurant will reflect the seafood theme, drawing from American landscapes. Mina insists that his restaurant is comfortable, using sustainable materials like reclaimed woods and environmentally-friendly carpet.
