Fresh and saltwater fish grace Mina's dishes like Mille Lacs walleye, Rhode Island summer flounder and Alaskan prawns.
For appetizers, try a selection of oysters or a New England-style lobster roll with capers and lemon aioli. A Manhattan clam chowder will warm you up on chilly days and if you're in the mood for some decadence, try the velvety Kobe beef shabu shabu.†
For main courses, you can prepare your seafood in four different ways: poached, cast iron griddled, baked in a sea salt crust or wood grilled and smoked. Try dishes like poached black bass or salmon for a healthy option or a two-pound Maine lobster off the grill for great flavor.†
