Classic Italian-American dishes are served in an upscale environment at Sirio. Chef Vincenzo Scarmiglia cooks the Maccioni family recipes with Tuscan influence -- including rustic fare like fresh hand-rolled spaghetti, taglioni pasta with prawns in vodka sauce and braised veal agnolotti (a tubular-shaped pasta) with Marsala sauce, mushrooms and Pecorino cheese. In addition to amazing pastas, the restaurant also serves meats like double-cut steaks, seafood like pan-seared sea bass, and charcuterie (meats and cheeses). Homemade cakes and cookies complete the dining experience. Using family recipes from Italy and recipes developed in America, the Maccioni family brings Sirio to Las Vegas, in hopes they can satisfy your Italian cravings. The Maccioni family is known for other culinary triumphs such as Le Cirque and Circo, both in the Bellagio.
