Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten will stimulate your steakhouse senses with bold flavors, quality meats and inventive side dishes.
Start out with a large selection of raw appetizers including tuna tartare, oysters on the half shell or a chilled seafood platter.
Entrees include a choice of fish or meat dishes. The JG cheeseburger is topped with truffle mayonnaise, brie, yuzu pickles and served with truffle fries. Other options include Colorado lamb chops, wood grilled whole snapper and Maine lobster. Mouthwatering sides include black truffle mac and cheese, broiled bone marrow and roasted Brussels sprouts with pecans and avocado.
Of course steak is the highlight here and guests can choose from a variety of cuts including a 36-ounce porterhouse, Wagyu filet mignon and more. Sauces, such as homemade hot sauce, soy-miso butter and bearnaise, accompany the steaks
The chef also offers a signature tasting menu available with a wine pairing.
