Rare 120 is a Dolce Group restaurant that features fine steaks and cocktails in the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino. Dolce Group establishments include Geisha House and Les Deux in Los Angeles, and they are now moving in on the Las Vegas restaurant and lounge hybrid.

Rare 120 features traditional steakhouse cuisine with a little modern flair. A typical Rare 120 meal could consist of a chilled martini tower for starters. Then dive into main courses like the rib eye or veal chop.
