Canyon Ranch Grill offers breakfast, lunch and dinner made in large part with seasonal, sustainable ingredients.
Start with a flavorful breakfast like the breakfast relleno, a poblano chili served with eggs and chorizo over polenta. Or, try the healthy Elvis sandwich, made with peanut butter and banana and fresh fruit.
Or, stop by for lunch to try some of Canyon Ranch Grill's cuisine like Mongolian BBQ salmon, served with brown rice and stir-fried vegetables. Or, the roast beef sandwich with arugula and horseradish sauce is a more traditional way to go. The Lebanese double dip is a great way to start your meal and includes hummus and baba ganoush, served with bagel chips and lavosh.
Make sure to save room for dessert. Chocolate crème brûleé, raspberry Charlotte and blueberry mousse are all great options to try.
Seating is available for up to 100 guests in the restaurant and there is also a bar area to stop by and have a beverage like the chocolate martini or a prickly pear margarita. The restaurant is located in the Canyon Ranch SpaClub on the pool level inside the Palazzo.
A variety of smoothies, organic wine, beer and spirits are available with your meal.
