Noodle Exchange Review:
Noodle Exchange is a great find inside the Gold Coast Hotel & Casino. With a variety of appetizers that include spring rolls and Peking duck with fresh pancakes and cucumber, this small, casual, restaurant impresses in the flavor department. Noodle Exchange has many different noodle dishes including pork ramen, and a sinus-clearing spicy beef with mushrooms. In the evening hours, try the hot pot, a fondue-like experience where fresh meats and vegetables are dipped and cooked in broth.
