LBS: A Burger Joint Review:

LBS: A Burger Joint features artisanal, handmade ingredients and earth friendly menu items along with all-natural, hormone-free meats in their burgers. They also have vegetarian and vegan options, burgers filled with vegetables, grains and herbs. On hand is a variety of farm fresh vegetables, farmstead cheeses and hand crafted buns to truly give LBS an upscale burger joint feel.

Starters include fried cheese curds, an addictive appetizer served with house made marinara sauce. These perfectly bite size pieces of heaven are tough to get past, but once you do, mini corn dogs, pretzel bites with honey mustard and house-made cheese fondue await your appetite. In-house cured pickle chips are deep fried and are not very briny, giving the pickle a sweet flavor.

Though you will feel yourself getting full on the appetizers, make sure you check out an adult milkshake like the mocha madness, the grasshopper, or the root beer float.

Let's talk burgers. The burgers comparable to those on the Las Vegas Strip (complete with Strip prices) but at LBS, the price point is very fair for the quality consumed. Take the best ever burger. at a mere $13, you're getting sun dried tomatoes, gruyere, an all beef 1/2 pound sirloin patty and a beautiful brioche bun.

The restaurant features 101 seats, rugged exposed brick and wood accents mixed with leather, and brushed steel detailing. An eight-foot-wide glass sculpture of a Texas longhorn was created especially for the restaurant.

There is also a 40 foot-long bar and plenty of libations, both classic and new to go along with it.

LBS will be the new hot spot in Red Rock Resort & Spa.
