The trendy restaurant serves dishes like Ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes, braised short ribs and cotton candy for dessert. Organic wines, and a wall of greenhouse herbs are add to the restaurant's earth friendly interior.
The highlight of the week at Simon is Sunday brunch. The restaurant serves up everything from smoothies and eggs Benedict to sushi, pizza and paninis. Our favorite is the "white trash" part of the menu with chicken fried chicken, pigs in a blanket and biscuits and gravy.
You can also pair your brunch with the make-your-own bloody Mary buffet, a champagne bar or beer at brunch -- all-you-can-drink Black Star double hopped lager.
