Chef Kerry Simon creates truly innovative cuisine in a sophisticated upscale atmosphere using fresh, seasonal items and quality organic ingredients. The restaurant overlooks the pool and cabanas with a great view of the Strip and Spring Mountains.

The trendy restaurant serves dishes like Ahi tuna with wasabi mashed potatoes, braised short ribs and cotton candy for dessert. Organic wines, and a wall of greenhouse herbs are add to the restaurant's earth friendly interior.
