Great Moments Café offers breakfast, lunch and dinner in the Plaza Hotel and Casino.
Try the continental breakfast -- assorted waffles, eggs Benedict, steak and eggs and a variety of omelettes and beverages.
Lunch features salads like the GMC salad, with roasted chicken breast, spring mix, bok choy, carrots, cilantro and peppers tossed with sesame dressing and chow mein noodles. The chopped salad with romaine lettuce, celery, tomato, Genoa salami, and provolone is also a hearty option. Soups and sandwiches like the veggie stack, ciabatta chicken and ham and cheddar panini are also available.
For dinner, appetizers include chicken mahogany with hand tossed wings in chipotle sauce and served with jicama wedges, celery and ranch dressing. Classic bruschetta and Asian pot stickers are also great options.
Entrées include oven roasted chicken, shrimp scampi, and salmon filet with citrus sauce. A nice cut of roast prime rib and pepper crusted filet mignon are also available.
Desserts include a large GMC sundae for two, a limoncello fantasia, and Kentucky bread pudding.
