Primarily Prime Rib caters to hearty and healthy appetites alike with four different cuts of dry aged prime rib, sure to delight meat lovers everywhere.  Primarily Prime Rib is the newest restaurant located in the South Point Casino. Try appetizers like popcorn shrimp cocktail or the filet sliders, served with horseradish marmalade.  The restaurant offers other entrée options besides prime rib like chicken and dumplings or sautéed sea bass.
