CUT Review:
Celebrity Chef Wolfgang Puck brings CUT, the award-winning Beverly Hills steakhouse, to The Palazzo. CUT at The Palazzo is a classic steakhouse with a modern twist, serving the best steaks and seafood in a modern, super-chic environment. CUT marks the sixth restaurant in Las Vegas for the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group. The upscale steakhouse features USDA Prime Nebraska corn-fed, 35-day dry-aged steaks and Japanese Wagyu Beef. Choose from a variety of signature house made sauces to top your cut of meat. A full line of custom cocktails and classic drinks are served in the main dining room and in the neighboring upscale lounge. The lounge also highlights a smaller menu featuring popular CUT appetizers.
Chef Puck named Matthew Hurley as Executive Chef of CUT Las Vegas. Hurley's 12-year span with the Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group includes past positions with Spago and the private dining and catering branch of Puck's company in Las Vegas.
